Cross Lane Primary School

Miss Martin is passionate about developing the art and design curriculum at Cross Lane. She works closely with the school's Artist in Residence, Mr Tony Bullock, who works with all classes during the course of the year. With the extension of the school day, it has been possible to enhance the art and design curriculum, ensuring a dedicated weekly lesson dedicated to developing art skills and art appreciation. Children enjoy learning about artists throughout history from a range of cultures and backgrounds through a variety of media.
