At Cross Lane Primary School, we offer Wrap Around Care from 7.30 am until 5.45 pm
Breakfast Club runs from 7.30 am until 8.30 am
After School Club runs from 3.15 pm until 5:45 pm, split into 2 sessions, either After School Club or an Enrichment Club, which runs until 4.15pm, at a cost of £4.00, or the full Tea Time session up until 5.45pm, at a cost of £8.50, which includes a light snack tea.
Aims
Our aim is to provide your child with:
- A safe, friendly environment which allows your child to develop.
- Links between home and school
- A place where they can form positive relationships with both adults and peers
- Planned activities based upon your children's interest, knowledge and skills
- Access to a wide range of activities
- A healthy, nutritious start to the day
Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club Timetable
A team of 3 dedicated staff lead all the breakfast sessions and will be tailor the activities to the children who are attending. These activities may include Exercise, Craft and Games.
Session Times: 7.30am – 8.30 am
Session includes: A healthy breakfast where children can choose from cereals, toast, yogurts, coissants for example, served alongside fresh juices or milk. Special dietry requirements will be catered for.
Session Price: £4.50 per day

Just what will I be doing?
Breakfast Club runs every day from 7.30 am with the last breakfast served at 8.10 am.
The staff organise games, seasonal activites and children also have the opportunity for catching up with homework.
At the end of breakfast club, children are escorted to their classrooms at 8.30 am for a fresh start to their learning.
After School Clubs
Children can choose to enllist in one of our half termly after school clubs or attend the WRAP around facility in the school hall. Each half term, parents are sent details of the current enrichment clubs available. All bookings are to be made and paid for via the ParentPay App, or alternativel;y you child will enjoy a variety of activities in the Hall with our WRAP Care Staff. Both sessions are charged at £4.00 each.
Teatime Session
We will tailor the sessions to the children who are attending. The type of activities may include exploring the world through the media; indoor sports; dance and crafts.

Just what will I be doing?
The teatime session is the least structured of all the sessions. The children who stay for this session will get the full benefit of TV time; board games; homework time (when required) and a light tea. We will endeavour to create a homely atmosphere for the children and, within reason, they will drive the activities as they would at home at this time of day.
